is it better to eat before or after you work out? like which will make me loose more weight haha and how long should i wait?

Which Is Better? eating wise when it comes to working out

well they say you should eat before and after you work out.
that if you eat a little snack before your morning work out you'd feel much more energized.
for me, i have a banana
i read that 2 bananas provide sufficient energy for a 90 minutes workout 
i usually don't eat any snacks after my workout but i read on runnersworld that it's good to eat 100-200 calories of something to...feed your muscles after a long workout (sorry i forgot the term T_T).
and it seems that peanutbutter sandwich is a favorite post-workout snack.
