you could try using a shampoo called 'Mane n Tail'... it makes your hair stronger and thicker
if it gets really bad though, you should see a doctor

my brother has the same problem
he went to the hospital to get it checked out and the doctor said it's nothing serious
it was a genetic mishap that caused him to get a bald spot
the guy said it will grow back if he lets him put a huge needle inside the bald spot and inject some hormones

haha, seems like everyone's experiencing this O__o. I don't know exactly why and how, but the reasons i think are because of stree, lack of sleep, nutrition, and well genetics. For me, whenever school started, my hair start thinning like crazy TT____TT. But once summer started it would start growing back =p.

My mom told me to massage my head to increase the blood flow and EAT. I know how us teenagers like to go on diets, but serisously, we need vitamins and minerals, especially now that we're growing. Not to mention drink 8oz of water, not coffee or tea, pure water. Caffine tend to dehydrate you more. Oh, excerise regulary.

These are the only advices I have (since these are the things I do during summer xP). Hope this helps >__<.

1. mane n' tail
2. stop drinking caffeinated drinks like cola and coffee
3. take a break from conditioner for a while
4. drink lots of green tea- it also helps with hair growth. i saw this on a korean website.
5. Brush ur hair with a brush that has a round end. Don't brush hair when its wet.

Yep, I agree with you.
Probably because of stree. It happened to me before. (not really bald spots but my hair was thinning)
one friend from school got pretty serious. After checking with her doc, she got better but it accured again (due to stress) mMmm yahh
but i don't know about Mane n Tail, I used it before cuz I was told that it makes your hair shinnier, etc. Not true, well unless not true for me. It was kinda drying...=\

I thought i was the only girl with this problem =.= I also notice a "bald spot" and it takes some time to make a ponytail because my hair is so thin n i don't have a lot of hair either...
I've been to a dermatologist before but he just said to take vitamins =S.... n they vitamins dont really seem to be working...
Some people say chinese acupuncture might help... but i havent tried that yet.

>>_<< its really frustrating!
