Quick Fix

Why do people always tend to look for quick fix? Okay, I'm going to try to articulate this as best as I can. For example, many people are always on a diet to lose weight, for superficial reasons, for health reasons, whatever it may be. They start to do whatever it takes to reach that goal; some take diet pills, some deprive themseleves of food and as a result life, some actually eat right and exercise, but then after they reach the set goal, everything, the habits are manifested again. People make it harder for themselves. if you think about it. THe easiest, the most obvious solution it sometimes the most not thought of. You health is everything as we all know. Without your health, it is quite hard physically, mentally, emotionally, or even spiritually to do, to be. What you put in your body has an enormous effect on you. Most people think that they eat to get the recommended calories, as long as they eat that is enough. I mean it will all just come out anyway. Of course it will come out. actually sometimes it doesn't due to constipation and over time it just stays there and accumulate over time causing dis-ease within you. What you put in your body, a hamburger, hotdog, anything..are the raw materials that your cells use to make mroe cells, organs. the ice cream that you eaten last night may be part of your stomach lining today. Food is indeed medicine. If anyone has heard of the law of attraction and applying it to their lfie then that's amazing. But if you haven't it basically is the law of the universe stating that whatever you think about will come about. Thoughts are trully powerful. But if you are still poisiong yourself then it is quite hard to use that law as tool to self-betterment. Maybe I will write more later. But the purpose of this post is just to say. Raw foods is the way to go! it seriously has opened up my life to many things.

RAW FOODS- are uncooked foods ( fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, oils ( hemp, olive, coconut ( of course RAW..processed coconut oil clogs ) or foods that are 108 degrees and below.. the food still has its enzymes intact and so your body ends up not using so much energy for digestion. Consquently, you feel energize and everything else.

I have known this for years now. And started incorporated in my life for bout 2 years now. However, for almost a month I have been 100 percent raw vegan. I know it sounds extreme. But this is what my body wants now. After a while of eating healthier..the junk food no longer appeals to you. I don't crave foods that do not provide my body what it needs. So I'm not depriving myself of anything. You can make anything gourmet like food..as for me I like to eat simple. I love salads and I make my own dressing. You don't have to change how you eat overnight. Just start adding a salad everyday. You don't even have to eliminate stuff.Anyway, don't give up..if you're feeling bad it eans you're body is in detox mode trying to gid rid of the junk you have put in it for years! I have never felt better. this semester I found myself calmly study for my finals and not stresed out at all like everyone around me. I can think clearer. It's amazing. Seriously. I haven't told anyone this because as much as I am curious about everything and question everything ( governemnt etc..) i have to experience it for myself before I start blabbing about stuff to people. Now, I feel like this information is what everyone needs and to get out there! I wish i had written this sooner when the rawsummit was still on. That was when all the raw foods/natural health speakers were on to talk about their experiences and other revelational stuff. if anyone is interested I am willing to help. But there are a vast amount of information on the web already. thank you for reading!


THIS IS NOT ANOTHER FAD DIET. IT IS A WAY OF LIVING AS CLOSE TO NATURE AS POSSIBLE.

haaha yeah i know. I actually didn't mean for you to answer that question. Because it is very obvious. I just wanted to promote raw foods.
