Just wanted to inform those interested that based on KBS World's Programme Schedule for period of 24-30 December 2007, the above 2007 KBS Song Festival will air on Sunday night - 30 December 2007 from 11:40pm (Korea).

(check http://www.worldtimeserver.com/convert_time_in_KR.aspx to find the correct time in your timezone).

Don't exactly know the format for this year. Still waiting for official website to show up at KBS, before posting more info.

For last year's show, the singers basically performed their songs in mini-skits/mini-show format . . . . without any competition, which I believe was different from previous year(s)' . . . can anyone else confirm this?

We get to watch it but it will be 10:40pm 30 December 2007, Singapore time.

For those who can't stay up to watch the first (slightly delayed) broadcast on KBS World, you can still catch the encore/repeat on New Year's Eve, 31 December 2007 from 3:25pm (Korea) or 2:25pm (Singapore).

I think it'll be some sort of musical performances and skits, where different artistes come together to perform.
Last year KBS and MBC didn't have any their awards show...cos it was too much gayo awards show last year, so instead they did festivals, so artistes can have fun.

Don't think it will be a list of nominees, more like list of performers.

The official KBS Song Fest website (link provided in first posting) still has not opened up the page with performance details yet.
