I'm cooking for the gf with an italian/japanese theme:
- bruschetta
- takoyaki (purchased)
- deep fried tofu hot pot
- gnocchi fatti in casa
- rigatoni boscaiola
- wagyu beef bbq
- fondue (marshmallow, banana, strawberries, and lindt chocolate)
- tiramisu
It's our first Christmas together and she's getting spoiled like crazy. ^^

We're going to have traditional Hmong food.
But for dessert, I'm planning to make chocolate covered pretzels, jello, maybe cookies and cakes.

My family was just talking about this!
We're still deciding whether to go with the usual steak and mash potato
or go for seafood this time.
Just thinking about those shrimps and crabs make my mouth water.
Of course for dessert it's definitely going to be fruit salad with a lot of
condensed milk to make it really sweet.
