just make an account, but it usually takes an hour? to send to you
if you dont have the premium account.
but its a great sight ^^ good quality ringtones

are there any other webistes that u can send ringtones through text or picture messages?
and when u receive the text, do u have to open up the web browser to downlaod them into ur phone?

Free? I bet you have to give up some kind of personal info like an email address and phone number...
As for picture messages, they can be rather expensive, up to $10/Mb with the basic data plans.
Better use http://makeownringtone.com and save ringtones to SD card.
