For some reason, my egg always get stuck to the earthenware pot. I seemingly follow the directions to the letter, and i've already tried twice. There simply seems to be too much water, so instead of turning into a smooth solid egg mass as you see in the picture, i get a couple of egg pieces with a lot of egg soup from the water. Oiii...

i make a variation of that, and i've never stirred my eggs. I usually steam in the pot in a plate above water. Gives better results. Also, if you find there's too much water, use the 1 to 1 ratio. for 1 egg, use 1 egg's worth of water. So take the cracked shell and fill it up with water. It gives a smoother result, and steam around medium heat. Cooks slower, but the egg willl usually come out smooth.

place the eggs in a bowl (in this case your earthenware) and place it in another pot. add water until it covers about three quarters of the earthenware. Heat the water until your eggs are cooked.
It's basically a double boiler

yeah i just put mine in the microwave too hahah
anyway my mom asked how they did it in the restaurants and they said you stir the eggs and then you put a little bit more water than how much you have eggs so it's like basically a 1:1 ratio and you put in the saewoojuht. and while heating you have to keep stirring it.
