I just bought a Pro1 PMP.
The problem is, I can't view the videos.
Whenever I tried to open the video, it says "Exceptional file! Play other files!"
I tried different format of the videos such as avi. and mp4., but it still doesn't work.
The user's manual book states "When downloading video, picture, music files, the user has to get into u-disc mode to store the files or the program may not play out."
I have no idea where the u-disc is.
Then when I look at the user's manual book again, it states "If you cannot find the u-disc mark, change usb line, or reset to usb enabled, upgrade pc's driving program."
Does anyone know how to change usb line?
Or how to reset to usb enabled?
Or how to upgrade pc's driving program?
Or has any other solution to let me view my videos?
Please please please help me ):

I think u-disk implies USB disk like when you plug in a thumb drive it shows up on the computer as a drive.
I'm not using a computer right now but go search for softwasre made for your device it might want a special format such as mp4

I think you might have to convert your videos into the format specifically for your PMP. Does it come with a program to do that? I don't really know, but mine had some sort of special mp4 format that it would play.
