Crunchy shrimp Roll
Ingredients
6 sheets nori
3 cups sumeshi
8 pieces tempura shrimp
1 small avocado
6 sticks green onion
Cooking Directions
1.Cook sushi rice.
2.Bake tempura shrimp as directed on the package. I used this tempura shrimp, but Im sure other types, or even 3.homemade tempura shrimp will work just fine. You can also fry the tempura shrimp if you choose, but baking it is 4.healthier, and you can prepare other things (such as the sumeshi) while its baking.
5.Cut tails off the tempura shrimp.
6.Slice tempura shrimp in half lengthwise, set aside.
7.Cut the avocado in half, discarding the pit.
8.Cut off the hard skin and discard.
9.Slice the avocado into thin sticks.
10.Wash the green onion, cut the long green stalks off of the white bulb-like things. Discard the white bulbs.
11.Roll the sushi, using one green onion stalk, several avocado sticks, and 2 slices of tempura shrimp as your fillings.
12. Serve with shoyu, wasabi, and ginger

If you want red bean then add red bean if you only want fruit then add only fruit
Measurements:
3 cups shaved ice
1 cup fresh fruits in thin slices (i.e. strawberry, peach, kiwi)
1 scoop ice cream (i.e. vanilla, mocha, strawberry, etc.)
1/2 cup red bean
1 tbsp ME SU DA RU powder
(you can get this at Korean grocery, ask for BOP BING SOO powder)
2 tbsp fruit syrup of choice
Precedure:
In a large martini shape glass or pretty bowl. Add shaved ice on bottom.
Spread red beans in ring shape, shake powder on top.
Lay ice cream in the middle.
Spread the fruits on top of red beans.
Add fruit syrup on top.
