Whats A Good/best Deck To Buy? Need some advice!

ok...well my friend just called me up, asking if i could look for a deck for her car, she said the deck shes using is pretty crappy (it eat her car battery)..well i dont think thats true, but she asked me if i can look for a deck for her car..a deck that can play mp3 of course..i own an alpine 9856 and its great! i dont want her to get the same as mine..so im asking your soompiers...whats a good deck out there to buy? i know theres alpine (a good brand), sony, pioneer, kenwood, clarion, jvc, panasonic, and nakamichi..googling it would be a pain in the 4$$

so yea..her budget range between 100-150


btw..any deck fit on all car though right?


p.s. she said something pretty..hm a deck thats pretty, is there such thing?

tell her to google it. I'm sure she's heard of google...and also, i think it's easier if you know what year,brand,car she drives..

alpine gear are a bit overatted. JVC is bang for your buck, great brand and reasonably priced.

uhh...ok so decent it will be then...hmm and jvc is good? iuno about their design..but whatever works right?
thats it? only one recommendation? a little bit more would help :-)

I can throw in a not so well known one. Planet Audio. I have their amplifier and for the price I paid I couldn't have gotten more bang for the buck. The recievers that this company makes are often well featured (some even have bluetooth functions!) and don't cost too much, plus the fact that its not well known might reduce its chances of being stolen...
