i have two questions:


1.Is It True 30 Mins Sauna Can Burn 400-600 Calories?

2.is this portable sauna as good as the normal wooden sauna room?

iunno about sauna..
i think the weight that your losing is just water weight.
cause all you do is just sit there and sweat your butt off.

I dont know about #2 cause i never even heard of a portable one LOL.

like the person above stated, you'll prob just lose water weight.

if you really want to lose weight, just excercise & eat healthy. i dont think you should waste your money buying something like that.

1. Yes, saunas can burn that many calories.
2. Portable saunas will never be as good as the real thing, and it's likely to kill you.

i dont know about calories, but saunas are only good for temporary weight lost. It gets rid of water weight but you'll only gain that weight back in the next 24 hours
you might as well go outside and jog, you'll lose calories and gain health benifits

LOL that thing looks so funny. yea but ur just sweating so its just water wight but i heard your skin gets like healthier/looks better if u go to the sauna often.

omgosh those sauna's are so popular , my mom use to have one hahaha , yea well its kinda healthy well for skin and good for physical therapy smile.gif

The steam room is good for the skin, and it only gets rid of water weight...so no, it doesn't really help to lose permanent weight.
