I think it means that if the insurance company has been paying the damages on the third party's car they reserve the right to make you pay the insurance company back if they find you at fault or whatever. But they're not making you pay for the damages to your vehicle. If you wanna be sure though, you should ring the company and ask.

I need a brand new skin...
