i'm a producer in training and i recently got my computer fixed and it got deleted..
so i'm in serious need of a new program but i don't have the money (300-500)
so are there any cheap one or any "free" one. no not audacity.
or is anybody selling one for cheap or a way i can get a free one

casue sony has some nice ones. if you donwloaded though bt links there free. but if u buy it it's probably 300-500. I have Sony Sound Forge 9.0, Sony Acid Pro 6.0, they work nice and have a lot of effects and stuff. http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/produc...uct.asp?pid=431

Cubase would be the best of the best for producing, believe me or not, even I'm using Sonar Catwalk I also really want to switch to Cubase however because of my poor computer so still remain Sonar.

Basically, doing tasks on Cubase is pretty much complicated than Sonar Catwalk or other softwares aka Sound Forge, Golden Wave, Cool Edit but you can gain lots of experience while playing w. Cubase. I'm not so sure Cubase's pricie but ... well since you're a producer, at least get a professional software ...

lolz Sonar is as good as Cubase iff it gets along well w. Sonar ... currently I'm using Sonar & Sound Forge together, Sonar for recording and S.F for editing mixing tasks

Oh... I am looking for cubase for a long time!!!
Cubase is a really nice software to produce music, I use this software in school all the time.
I want to use in my own computer as well, but I don't know where to get it, because I don't have that much money to buy...
is anybody knows where to get a safety, free and real cubase software?
If there is really not having free cubase software, how much would be if I buy... where can get the cheapest?
