I don't know if it's just me, but my voice sounds waaaay different at different times. People say that I sound sort of girlyish with a high pitch when I'm talking on the phone (but not when I'm talking to them face to face). And in videos, my voice sounds like a first grader. T_T I sort of thought my voice was normal and not that high.. Does this mean my voice is actually very whiny sounding (high-pitched?)

i think im the same as u too o_O. i like to speak in a low tone... but i am very high pitched. hahaha talking on the phone late at night trainned me to talk in a low tone xD lolz

when you speak, it sounds different when you hear it directly. i think its suppose to be like that

Not just you, it's everyone. Voices sound different sometimes, yeah. But especially--it sounds different to other people than it does to you-because it goes through your head, and makes your voice sound deeper to you than to others.

lol when i listen to my voice from a camcorder i'm thinkin " who is this man??" lol i guess thts what happens when you eat too much chicken thats been pumped with steriods >.<!!

yeah! my choir teacher told me this. you think your voice sounds a certain way when your talking to people but when you hear an actual recording of it, it sounds completely different to you. i freaked out because my voice sounded so annoying and deep.
