so i went to the supermarket today to stock up on my favorite midnight snack: trix cereal.
i pay, come home, and promptly get ready to eat a bowl.
then as i pour out the trix into my bowl i realize that
THEYRE BALLS.

what happened to the fruit shapes!? its not the same eating balls of color instead of different fruity shapes.

then i did some research (ahah, had nothing better to do..) and realized that they changed it to fruit shapes in 1991 (when i was born). apparently, the balls are crunchier or something.

so which do you like better, soompiers, the balls or the fruit? (i miss the fruits )

I haven't eaten trix for like...2-3 years now. But I really eally love it, it's just that Cookie Crisp replaced it in the pantry. xD

^They only changed it December of 2007? I had trix a few months ago and they were balls then too.
When I first found out, I was definitely disappointed, LOL.
I miss the fruit shapes too.
I might be imagining it, but I thought they were yummier too!

Yeah, I saw that commercial long ago.
I guess the company people had to come up with a new idea for more buyers, but I didn't think they'd be so CLICHE. Ah but maybe the rounded ones are somewhat more enjoyable? I dunno, I didn't eat them. >_>
