i was just watching a show about jack osbourne trynna lose a lot of weight..and when he went to thailand to train for muay thai, i thought, "is there any hardcore workout like this in america" like..i want a hardcore but fun workout that'll get me on my knees and i'm sore too...any kind of activities? not by myself..but like martial arts..im black belt in tae kwon do,, but nto really pushed

look up the workout that the guys in the movie 300 did. they did some pretty intense workout

pick out the strongest one out of all your buddies and wrestle him!! laugh.gif laugh.gif !! you'll be crying once he's on top of you. that should give you a good workout. ^^

^yikes, ditto on Bas. 10 rounds of the all-around workout tape will absolutely destroy most people - myself included.

Burpees are also great - 100 in a row for time. This is how you do them

Er, since you said exercises NOT by yourself, I guess you could do either of those with someone else? If not, wrestling is awesome - I like Brazilian JiuJitsu as well, but wrestling is definitely better for cardio. Wrestle with someone who's quick and explosive and you'll see just how vicious a workout it can be. Heck, wrestle the NFL guy, it'll probably a rare and humbling experience.

play the Wii
I was playing Wii Sports and that Mario and Sonic game
all week during winter break and that give me the biggest workout
I ever had, I started sweating like crazy after like 30 mins
and the next morning my muscles were so sore that I stayed in bed for like the whole day (no joke)
and it still kinda hurts, my dad got me DDR and I can't wait to play it
one more chance ...
