is frozen yogurt good to eat during dieting (like without the toppings)? i really like it, but i don't know if i should eat it? i mean, its only 90 cal and it fills me up...so can i replace it as a meal?

It's a healthier alternative to say, ice cream, but I wouldn't replace it as a meal.
It simply just doesn't have enough nutrients and won't sustain you.

u can eat it as a snack....but dont replace it as ur meal...
it is very unhealthy n u get hungry soon...
in the end, u will ending up eating more

i did yogurt diet for like a week, but would not recommend it!

if youre talking about pinkberry, NO! that stuff gets you fat. plus, its not even natural yogurt as they claim it is.

yes. you can't replace a meal with frozen yogurt.
