where do you go to school...and do you love going there??? like are you happy with the environment, people, professors, etc....

I go to UCD....
I love the fact that its in the downtown environment, it makes it fun.
I also really like how i can just take the light rail to school makes it much easier to get to school on snowy days
Other than that I'm not a big fan....at the moment I'm thinking about transfering...because I'm truthfully not really happy with the environment and i think it plays a role with my grades. You know sometimes....when your not happy with your environment it can affect the way you study, work etc.
I also don't like that fact that its so difficult to meet ppl

I go to NU (Northeastern University). The environment is quite diverse. You see all sort of people around. We have a lot of new buildings and we are located in city. It is very convenience to get to NU if you don't have a car because we have like 2 different train line to get there. The professors are very nice and especially for the pharmacy program they are very strict and have high expectations for their students. Overall, NU has a great co-op programs where people go on co-op to get more experience with paid. So you end up getting the connection and networking smile.gif A lot of people I know got hired after they graduated from the prior co-op jobs. So it's a plus especially with the current market. Anyway you can to get your foot in the door is good opportunity. If I have to choose again? I would still want to to go to NU. Although now I am a little bit upset about the raise in tuition in my school but I guess everywhere you go you will see the same thing. Boohoo... there should be a cap on how much tuition should be smile.gif well I guess I won't see it in my lifetime.
Keep smiling because you are beautiful

i go to Rutgers University - Newark. the campus is very diverse. there's jus so many pple walking on campus. it's pretty small, but i like how everything is walking distance. there's also shuttles nd the lightrail to take u places. some of the professors are okay. sometimes there's language barriers with them because of their strong accents. so it gets confusing sometimes

i go to UF.

it's ok here. i don't really like it.

i want to transfer, but i don't want to go through the hassle.

the environment is okay. the community is pretty small and surrounds the school.

so basically everyone goes to the same markets and stuff.

there's only one mall and yeah, basically it's pretty crowded on the weekends.

plus, everywhere you go there's orange and blue.

too much school spirit sometimes i think.

bleh, i prefer orlando much more.

the people are pretty nice i guess. and the professors are okay.

I go to the University of Rhode Island. Campus is pretty big and we have buses that drive around. Pretty diverse.

I go to UCD and I don't really like it, there is only like two seasons here, it's either extremely HOT or extremely COLD half the time I'm sick, there are buses that takes you directly onto campus but it's so crowded where I live so yea...guess I'll look back at it later and think 'fun times'

rhode island school of design.

providence is disgustingly small = boringgg.

what i realized is that all of my friends back home, who wentto rutgers, NYU, 'normal' colleges, actually WANT to go back.

I then asked risd kids and most of them didn't want to come back. I think that says something sleep.gif

I love it. Good people, a nice crowd, and we have our own world. biggrin.gif

I only dislike the fact that I attended it because I thought Advertising Arts = Multimedia Arts. And the fact that I am not getting any better at painting. -_____-

I go to George Washington University and I personally love it but I know that it has a lot of problems. It fits me well because I prefer learning on my own so I like large classes and professors who don't actually care. I also love how you're on your own when it comes to finding friends (orientation's pretty much useless) so I can find people I really fit with and get along with instead of being with the people I was introduced to by the school. The school's in the city so it's kind of fast-paced so I meet new friends easily and loose other friends just as easily which fits my lifestyle perfectly. Every school has it's flaws, it's mostly of matter of if the flaws work for you or against you.

I go to UCD also! But hey, i love it here. rolleyes.gif
I mean, sure there are a lot of distractions w/ the environment.
And dorming makes it easy to meet new ppl.
I'm not so used to waking up w/out the sunlight, even in my hometown we had those gloomy days.
But here, it just makes me dread going to my 8am class.. esp this qtr. >_<
And how it seems like it's getting more and more dangerous as the raining days extend.
Bikers need to be more cautious of their surroundings and pedestrians..
I don't like how you're limited to grocery shopping stores.. and even when you want to do some quick clothes shopping.
You have to get on the road to go to shops outside of Davis just to do that.
So i hate how i have to stock up a lot every month b/c there's no grocery store big enough here...
The profs are ok. And I like the LRC center. Nice ppl+tutors. =)

I go to the art institute of vancouver

I like it sometimes
hate it sometimes

gotta put up with a lot of un-needed classes
really annoying classmates
crazy homework which has nothing to do with fashion...
omg

and its crazy expensive
what did I get myself into... hahaha

the only good things are that
the teachers are industry professionals
and its a good place to make contacts and network
hahaha

I attend UCLA and I cannot bring myself to like it. It gives me a great education and I'm doing well, but there are so many things about the people and environment that bug me.

i go to uw. it's a great school, lots of resources, always something to do, lots of people, in the center of seattle, beautiful buildings, lots of trees and clean air, mixture of professors, lots of opportunities, mediocre food. but i'm not ecstatic. i wanted leave home (originally from la) so i moved north two states. at the time when i was making the decision i was really happy, but now not so much. i guess i miss home and i really didn't think i would. i'm not going to transfer, but the thought of returning to home permanently rather than the couple weeks of break a year keeps me motivated. so i'll be leaving for home in 2009 by cramming all of my studies into 3 years.

But they share the same sky-
One sky, one destiny.
