This for me has been working well so far because it's so organized and is really simple to use! Basically, you sign up for a FREE account (that way it can record your info), input your height, weight, and weight loss goals (if you have any). By doing this, it gives you a good estimate of how many calories you should be consuming a day to make sure youre not actually eating more than you should. You log in during any time of the day and search for the food that you've eaten, on the website itself, and there are a lot to choose from (CPK, McDonalds, Panda Express, etc.), it just keeps you aware if you really are cutting down on those calories.

The cool thing is that you can also input any kind of exercise that you've been doing during the day (a lot to choose from, i.e. - badminton, jogging, even sitting in class and kissing!), and it'll tell you how many calories you've burned from that. I don't think if this has already been posted or shared, but I just wanted to share this on my own behalf.

From my own experience, it's been a week and I can already tell that I'm losing a little bit of fat. Of course it's cause of choosing better foods to eat now (more fruits and healthier snacks, and eating smaller portions) and exercising (just 15 minutes a day even).

It's sorta like a... myspace, but more concentrated on food, because you can add friends onto there (new friend request +!).

A bit confused about "net calories" and I read that they over estimate calories burned?

Yeah, I was confused about that (and still am), and maybe they do over estimate, I'm not sure, maybe you can tell us. Net calories (in my definition), is the total amount of calories that you've eaten, but it also subtracts the amount of calories that you've burned throughout the day.

Yay! You're welcome, and thanks for the link to my-calorie-counter, that helps a lot because they had some foods on there that thedailyplate didn't have.

Lol buttload, hope you stick to it! Yeah it's helping me too, I've almost lost a pound in the first week because of it, and the cool thing is that even though I'm watching my calories and eating less, I feel more full than if I weren't doing this.
