well f u don't eat, you will obviously lose weight.
liquid fasting is alright but usually when people do this the healthier way (which i recommend) they drink things with more nutrition than food coloring, artificial flavoring and sugar, they drink healthy shakes with vitamin/protein powder. i think 30 days is a long time and the first 3 days are going to be the toughest since thats when your body reacts to the lack of food. besides, fruit drinks have a lot of calories that do nothing to you but add sugar into your body which is really bad for you since sugar particles create fat that cannot be easily burned off. these diets strain your body and even though lots of "celebrities" or random people say its "detox" its really just a fancy way of starving your body. your brain won't function without proper nutrients. i advise not to do it, unless you are 200 pounds which i am sure you are not tongue.gif

Well, I wouldn't recommend just FRUIT, since the majority of people nowadays have blood sugar problems. Like try juicing celery, cucumber, parsley, apple, spinach. you know as much greens as you can the apple will make it sweet. You can add in lemon if you want it actually tastes good as well and provides a little variety. iF you are drinking 64 oz at least or a gallon of juice a day your body will not starve! In reality, most Americans are starving, or malnourished anyway from eating foods that have no nutritional value. This CLEANSE will be good for you but you may suffer from a lot of detox symptoms especially if you're just coming from eating a standard american diet. Oh, and I haven't tried the whole 30 days ,but I do know people that have done it for 3 mONTHS and the results are astounding! If i lived alone I would definitely be able to do this. I did this for 3 days and honestly I felt SO GREAT. I couldn't stop moving! so energized. I would say this is better than the master cleanse because it's not as harsh and you'll getting so much more nutrients. so try to buy organic and greens as much as possible and use miminal fruit.

WHOA...for 30 days? thats a long time. Maybe like a week at the most, but not 30 days.
You wouldnt be getting all the other nutrients you get from meat and stuff.
Plus it would have to be real fruit juice. None of that concentrated stuff, its full of sugar.

on the long run, it sure does.

Honestly, just drinking fruit juice is too imbalanced. You need carbohydrates * you need that the most*, vegetables, dairy, and so on so forth *well I guess its common sense*.
You won't have enough energy and a healthy body to recover itself easily.

And 30 days is too risky....

Actually this is more what would be considered "fasting" then "dieting".

I have a fasting thread floating around here, and there have been a few reviews about
people that have done long term juice fasting. You can find the link to it on my profile.

Currently I'm on a liquid fast, it wasn't intended to be for weight loss purposes when I started, but I'm into Day 5
so far and I've lost about 7 lbs. I also did a juice fast (I drank some tea too..) back a few weeks ago for only 3 days and lost 6 lbs.
But I exercise a lot with that too. Basically I'm sick of fasting and this will be my last fast for a very very veryyy long time. D:

However, I wouldn't recommend fasting for weight loss. Well you could do it but breaking the fast is the hardest part. I find most
beginners at fasting trying to rush everything and fasting for too long (if its your first time, maybe you should only do 2~3 days), and
end up breaking their fast extra early by binging. You can keep the weight off with a healthy diet and daily exercise though...

Eeek, super long post D:! Sorry! I hope I was somewhat helpful~. haha

can you imagine yourself drinking jamba juice only everyday for a whole month?
it does make you very full
but i'm sure you'll gain all your weight back once you start eating again
& once you begin eatting again, chances are, you'll over eat
b/c you've starve your body for so long
