i am applying to penn state but i dont know what the essay topic is if they even have one because the mypennstate isnt working right now..does anyone happen to know what the essay topic is for penn state?? thanks in advance..

Sorry, I don't know what the essay topic is, but if the application is the same from when I applied (last year), it's not really an "essay". It was more of a short answer question. To be honest, I don't know how much it matters though since PSU is a big school, and they care more about numbers and if you fit into their range. I hope you find out soon though, because since they are rolling admission, you should send in your app asap.
