Ok for the last week, I've tried Benzaclin + Dynacin + Green Tea facial (aka wash with cold green tea pat dry). My skin until three days ago was really unbelievably soft. It even started to whiten. According to acne.org I have moderate acne. I stopped using it the last three days because I believe its because I overdosed on benzaclin which has benozyl peroxide (put too much). My face is too dry and parts of my cheek is flaky, red, and inflammed (aka hot). What should I do?

*about ginseng whitening your skin, it might because i've been taking it 2x a day everyday or maybe its the green tea.

Minocyclin is an excellent antibiotic used for acne and Benzaclin works great for spots. How exactly did you overdose? With Benzaclin you can use it up to twice a day to spots only, not recommended for the entire face because it is too drying.

i have been on minocycline for over 6 months...it has been GREAT for me...even though i still get very very small bumps pimples once in awhile...

there has been no side effects that i could notice so far...
however...i still have some red marks that still dont want to fade, even after 6 months...its still visible....which is starting to annoy me, in fact, im going to the dermatogolist on jan 31st and ill ask on red mark fading...
