Okay so I got my Ipod Nano (3rd generation) like 2 months ago.
So then once I got my music and videos and pictures in my ipod,
1 month later the music and video and pictures were gone, like the title of the music/video were still there but I just can't play it. Even the games and stuff were gone.
So then I decided to reinstall everything and it all worked fine.

Then few days ago, I was playing the song on my ipod and then suddenly when I wanted to shut it off, it jus froze I can't even click anything. So then I decided to reset my ipod. It got reseted. Then I tryed to open it again, nothing works. It's just a blank screen. Even when I plug it to the USB to the comp, it won't even work. And I'm pretty sure it's not the batteries.

And I don't think it's fake since I brought it from Circuit City. well maybe it can be?
So can anyone tell me how can I make my Ipod work again?

Uhhh..honestly, I have NO clue on why that's happening. But I'm sure you can take it to the Apple store and get it replaced for free since I'm pretty sure the warranty is still void. The only problem is, you have to make appointments and it's always pretty crowded in there (well, it was for me) I had a similiar experience with my iPod Nano (2nd Gen.) after I happened to get it in water lol...I just told the guys it kept freezing and it went wonky and they got me another one. Maybe you got it in something? :x

You can try let the batteries run out then try connecting it again to your computer. And just a question, do you always safely remove it? Because once I took it out a millisecond too early and all the stuff was wiped off.

^ ^ yeah i've tried that. still don't work.

Mandu: yeahh the thing is that I dont wan't go to there. hahaaa. too lazyy.

LunaDiviner: Now that I think about it, maybe I don't always remove it safetly. But when I used my ipod (1st generation) and I never press the Remove Safetly button and yet my ipod(1st generation) still works perfectly now.

Can you put it into recovery mode and do a restore in iTunes? Sounds uberly corrupted.

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93651 If the computer can't recognize it as an ipod try to put it into Disk mode and see if you can do a restore with that.

If you can't get the logo... try plugging it in and leave it connected to your computer for like an hour. It MIGHT be horribly low on batteries.

Mine won't turn on at all.
I'm hoping it's just low batteries.
