I had fake nails for a month and my nails started to turn brittle and dry =/
so my friend told me about this product and it works well.

then one day i noticed they improved.. all I did was change my eating/drinking habits........
I drink at least 2 litres of water a day.. and stay away from junk food as best as I can.
I also take vitamins and minerals but I don't think you need to do that, just take the advice the ppl above mentioned and eat fruits and stuff like that!

drinking the gelatin will do something to your cuticles and make it stronger supposly.

but try Neutragena nail solution pen (im not sure if thats the full name) but it comes in a pen shape and gives it nutrients from healthier nails.
It conquers ALL.
