Astro bits is good as well.
If your looking for non-asian electronic acts, krafty kuts, tortured soul, ben westbeech, anything gilles peterson plays on his radio show, bugz in the attic, house compilations are good. I used to know so much more....

Even though it came out way back, I haven't heard anything I thought was much better than that. And believe me, it's not like I haven't been looking. If you're looking for electronic music in a K context and haven't checked this yet, you should try to find it and give it a listen. Here's a video, although I think there's better tracks on the album.
Good production, really intense vocals (she's kind of known for this as a previous member of PipiBand), the album has elements of techno, ambient, d+b throughout. Her 2nd solo had some songs that were more mainstream in sound, but still had some electronic tracks. These days she's been appearing with House Rulez, and, er, promoting club nights I guess? She's also guested on tracks by Fortune Cookie and LeeSsang. Anyway, she's got a pretty unique style. I don't know if she got much attention for it at the time, but I've always felt that it's a pretty underrated album. I don't quite recall, but I think some of the guys involved with the recording of this album were also originally from PipiBand, and realeased stuff as Dalparan... but I never really got into that as much (except I thought the DyE ep was OK).
I remember when Lee Junghyun started coming out (and made everyone believe in a future of techno/gayo crossover and outrageous scifi stage props), that her songs just seemed kinda like a smoothed out or 'lite' version of Lee Yoon Jeong.
Other k-lectronic prospects: I kind of dig Gazaebal - Sound Ship and DJ Unkle is worth a look sometimes. And then bluedawn sometimes had some decently glitchy tracks on their otherwise indie/folktronic albums, like in this video (gotta mention my favorite band somehow).

If you guys have an imeem account, you can check out some stuff here: http://orienkorean.imeem.com/
If you like Lee Yoon Jeong and Dye, you might like Moodstone. It's mostly trip-hop. The one Moodstone song that i put up on imeem doesn't reflect the rest of the album that well though - it's the most lightest, brightest song on the album. I put that one in the 'Electronic-Pop' category.
As for what's out there right now, i think Telicob (and anything else by the Protostars group) is alright.

How is the rest of the toxicbiasfleurivy stuff? I've only heard a couple tracks around but what I've heard sounds good.

ohhhhhhhhh, very nice.
I'm really diggin some of the japanese artists.
Crue-L orchestra http://x.imeem.com/0aGAgx7dCv
Check them out, that song is one of the best deep house songs i've heard, really unique.
Though im having trouble finding my style of dance in japanese artists, alot of their artists like capsule are not to my liking

Nice I hadn't heard of the Crue-L Orchestra. I've been having trouble finding my syle of japanese electronica type music too...
Um another I'd reccommend is The Shanghai Restoration Project which I just recently got into.
