the roof of my mouth itches so bad im going crazy
i dont even know why it itches
all i can do is rub it with my tongue
and its not like i can shove my fingers in my mouth
and start scratching

LOL it happens to me once in a while
once i stuck my finger in and yes, i started scratching it (T_T why am i so stupid?) because i couldnt stand it anymore..
it pretty much screwed up the roof of my mouth until it completely healed..it was so pain T_T

so no matter what dont scratch it, lol.. how bout putting an ice cube into your mouth to numb it or something?

seriously, you kinda just have to stop itching it. that's how it disappears for me.
i usually try to not touch the roof of my mouth a lot, because that's how it gets itchy for me. x.x

when that happens to me I usually press the tip of my tongue to the roof (like sucking a lolipop without the lolipop) haha it's hard to explain but it helps ;P

lol i do stick my finger in and scratch but when im on the computer i just stick my tongue up and suck cuz it puts pressure on it hehe or what Exquisite said hehe
but my back is always itchy and i can NEVER reach it usually i would just rub my back on furniture or something when that happens tho like a bear! i think..

Right now, I've got bug bites on my face that are REALLY itchy, but I can't scratch it cos it'll make it worse and I might get a scar.

I get that in the fall and in the spring when my seasonal allergy comes about.. x__x... quite annoying.. but yeah... I usually put pressure on it with my tongue... clariton also helped a bit, since it was due to my allergy...
