Avril Lavigne is pregnant, according to radio host Zack Taylor.

The 23-year-old Canadian pop rock princess is reportedly 1.5 months pregnant, which means Avril’s expecting her baby in August.

This would be Ms. Lavigne’s and Sum 41 husband Deryck Whibley’s first child together. The couple celebrate their second wedding anniversary in July.

FYI: Avril recently reached a settlement with ’70s rock band the Rubinoos in a lawsuit accusing her of plagiarizing her hit song, “Girlfriend.” The settlement, however, doesn’t necessarily admit to copyright infringement.

well i phrase her and Christina A. because they
did this pregnancy the right way they got married
first and now there having a baby way to go for
both of them i wish avril the best with her new
born baby to come

Was it officially confirmed? Wow if it's true, seems like so many celebs are getting pregnant these days lol. Makes me feel like it's a trend or sth O.o

A rep for Avril Lavigne tells Usmagazine.com the rocker is not expecting.

Citing an "insider," Canadian radio host Zack Taylor wrote, "Avril is a month-and-a-half pregnant and that her husband, Deryck Whibley has been telling all his friends that he's excited to be a father."

But the rocker's label rep says, "It's not true."

That doesn't mean she doesn't want kids. Lavigne has said she wants children "somewhere down the road."

She wed Whibley wed in July 2006 at a private estate in Montecito, California.

Edit: This annoying girl on the Soompi boards was complaining how I post things in big fonts (like the one above), but I only do that because either a.) the first post is a rumor and proved to be false b.) most people don't read the first post, and this thread just proved my theory right. It's sad because I posted she isn't pregnant on the first page and people are still posting congrats to her (when she's not even pregnant) -- I mean, how sad is that? You're scrolling down and you don't bother reading the "Avril lavigne is not expecting" part?
