just looks like the the minimum allowed virtual memory paging is not at least 16 mb. this can easily be fixed.
forgot how to get to it in windows xp but heres a try.
start->control panel->system properties->advanced tab->performance settings->advanced tab->click on change under virtual memory paging
virtual memory paging seems to help your computer operate faster if you don't have as much ram.
heres a little exerpt from another website
QUOTE
"The amount of space you should allocate to the VMP should be higher than the amount of RAM on your computer. Do not allocate much more than that, because making the VMP too large will slow down the computer. Also, if you have optimized the RAM on your computer, and it is 1 GB or more, you may find that choosing to have no VMP makes your computer run faster than adjusting the size. This is because the computer will use the RAM instead of the VMP. While having a good-sized VMP is important on computers with less RAM, the VMP is not as fast as RAM and may only slow your computer down.
Make sure you have a few GB of free space on any hard drives you allocate space to the VMP file. Make the initial size the same as the maximum size to keep the computer from having to change the size of the VMP as it operates. Click the Set button, and click OK. If you increase the size of the VMP, you do not have to restart your computer. If you decrease the size of the VMP, you have to restart."
