ROOM FOR RENT in Riverside, CA.

Num Rooms: 3
Num Baths: 2

House near Blaine & Watkins (walking distance to UCR, good quiet neighborhood, great roommates!)
$700 for single use (able to share also for $350 each)
big master bath and big walkin closet!!
Girl or Guy. (girl preferred though)
Includes: washer, dryer, cable TV, wireless internet, refrigerator
