I have a samsung u600 and I want to change my ringtone by downloading one onto it.
I know that you can buy one off the internet in the phone but I want one that is not in there
like a korean one.
Is there a program to do this?? Like ventones? Is it safe?

you can download ringtones online.. for example bww2 or z-degrees...
if your phone can support mp3 ringtones, then you can make your own by using this program call Audacity (ITS FREE; search it in google)

downloading ringtones that other people have cut (from bww2) is probably the best option if you want to be safe.
