Well, I'm pretty much confused about choosing where to go and which university should I apply to.
I'll be having my GCE O Level by the end of this year.

and should I choose Fashion Design or Bussiness?
Fashion is my aspiration but my parents keep persuading me to take on bussiness : ((

Honestly, it's YOUR choice. Just don't regret on your choices!! Do something that you LOVE & ENJOY doing. Between fashion and bussiness, which one you like better? Then again, you can pick BOTH if you want. You can go into a fashion AND bussiness. If you're still confuse on what university you should go look up what universities have the best area in buiness and/or fashion. Visit the campus!
Hope that help. happy.gif

honestly, in the US, just O levels probably won't get you into the top-ranked colleges and universities, unless you're like a national athlete (the singaporean athletes here on campus got their A levels done), a talent award winner and that kind of stuff. you might wanna look into community colleges or career colleges, unless you're planning to do A levels or polytechnic first. this especially applies to business--if you have an amazing portfolio, design schools will probably let you in regardless of your degree.

So, if I do wanna get into business, I should take some college like for 2 years then transfer to university? Any good colleges to recommend me around SF or Cali?

Why don't you do fashion merchandising? Its business and fashion. There are lots of other fields too that mixes fashion and business.
