I received my acceptance letter from SF State but I'm so scared that they will reject me later on because I have a D (or F =\) in Spanish 4 right now..also I completely forgot to send in my SAT scores. I got lost in finals and other things so I just..kinda forgot =\. So I'm wondering if SF State can reject me even if I received the acceptance letter.

A lot of Universities and colleges have started doing this recently. A few colleges/universities have contracts; but, they can reject you.

Usually in the acceptance letter it tells you that they reserve the right to revoke your admission.

Yes, they can definitely rescind your acceptance. Your school should have a certain GPA you're supposed to maintain, other conditions you're supposed to stay within to be able to attend in the fall. You should check that out.
