Well today i was watching Oprah for the first time and they had an. . . . . .interesting episode. Anyways the show today was about health, one women asked how to stop peeing when they laugh or sleep. Is that possible????

yup
some people have trouble holding in their urine when they laugh, cough, sneeze, etc.
Kegels are supposed to help.

oh is this one of those Dr. Oz episodes? i love to watch Oprah shows, sometimes she has those what not to wear and fashions epiosodes and giveaways and stuff, not bad

hm.. well, i totally forgot what she said about the urine thing but about those
other topics.. those ladies are reeeaally curious..

that happens because after giving natural birth, the vagina muscles down there become weaker and loose, unable to hold pee like it used to.
One reason why some women prefer C-section.
Kegel exercise is recommended after giving birth, to strengthen the muscles again

sometimes i pee when i laugh :x but that's when i laugh REALLY hard. like REALLY hard. that's why i get scared when someone tickles me LOL.

but bedwetting.. i don't get that. ._. only when i was younger ROFLLL.

I hear that when a guy sleeps and you put his hands in warm water he will pee.
i tried that to my niece when she was asleep but then she just woke up.

I used to pee all the time when I cried (when I was little). The doctor gave me some special sort of hanyak (Like that drink made of ginseng and other roots) and after a while I stopped.
