Horrible Skin, And I Just Want To Scratch It All Off

I never really had bad skin... It was always an occaisional pimple near the lips or nose area... but never on my forehead or cheeks.
Ever since I started college, I started breaking out horribly on area's that I never broke out on before... I have a whole bunch of pimples on my forehead (that have NOT disappeared since about a month)... and I have pimples on my cheeks now. My lip area is okay, which is really weird cause that's where I usually had pimples!
I don't know what to do. My mom always comments on how ugly I look now and i feel horrible.
I tried almost all the products.
I tried Clean&Clear, Neutrogena, Aloe Vera Gel, Dermalogica, Mint Julep, cetaphil, Oripan Soap (which I used for about 4 months and made me break out even more and make my skin super irritated), Witch Hazel (didn't work either), Carrot Masks, Green Tea (in general), the Mario products sold at Nordstrom, aspirin mask (which irritated my skin too), and a lot more too! edit: i also tried proactiv, aveeno and like yeah . This guy who works at a beauty shop commented very rudely about my skin and gave me two prodcuts Achimie Excimer, and this clay mask which is supposed to work wonders... But STILL nothing is working.I'm getting really frustrated and I want to see a dermatologist but my mother refuses...
It's getting to the point where I really hate who I am and how i look now... Right now I'm using, (Morning and Night) Ahimie Excimer, no7 toner (which I might stop using), and no7 gel/lotion OR neutrogena rapid clear face lotion...
but... i don't know. im getting really frustrated =[
any tips on what i should do? i try to drink a lot of water and get sleep but.... i dont know =[
please help! i have sensitive, acne prone skin... i used to think i was combo skin but now, it's not even oily! it's just sensitive...
i want to go to a dermatologist, but does anyone know a good one in koreatown, los angeles?

are you stressed out? stress contributes to acne and sometimes what you eat. do you find yourself eating a lot of greasy/fried foods? maybe try eating more leafy, green veggies.
also, seeing a dermatologist will help. they will give you professional advice.
when i read how you used all those products and other methods, i felt like i was reading about myself! haha. how long have you used each product. getting rid of acne is unfortunately a time taking process. dont expect too much change too soon.
currently, im using IHB doctor directed skin care systems and its helping better than the other stuff you listed (ive used them all, too puhaha)
good luck! hope your acne gets better!

Another thing that I have seen work is this pill called Accutane. My friend had bad acne, but used these pills for 3-6 months and she had no acne afterwards. I was like OMG!! You can only get it from a dermatologist because they have to see if you are a likely candidate for it and all of that stuff. It does deplete water from your system so they advise to always use chapstick and not wear contacts and you get really thirsty. There are required blood tests for the side affects according to the article I read, but that was a few years ago. I don't know what the side effects are now.
I hope that helps.

See a doctor to have him prescribe you Differin or Minoycline.
I'm just like you, I've been through the whole ProActive Superstore acne removal products. They just don't work for me. However, when you feel like you've had enough, check out a dermatologist or a doctor and have him prescribe you Differin, if that doesn't work, Minocycline, then Accutane as the final step to completely remove acne.
If you are to take those drugs, you should consistently wash your face, once in the morning and night and maintain a good healthy diet + hydration.
I've been to many doctors and dermatologists and they have all given me the same thing. So I am just passing on this knowledge to you. Convince your mother to let you go just to get it checked out.

let me tell you something, my sister used to be like you and she went to a dermatologist which cost so much money - but it really helped her acne.
I think you can find reasonably priced dermatologists, and sometimes even insurance companies cover.

But having Acne is not all about that,
It maybe because of your hormonal imbalance.
You should go to a dermatologist and have a test.
Then they will give you medicines for it.

Currently I'm a college student and I still have acne, but I have done some things to help. First take a daily multivitamin (try to get one with iodine, iodine sometimes causes acne in different poeple) and also take taurine pills. There is an entire thread about taurine on acne.org forums, but basically taurine helps reduce the effects of fructose.
Fructose is basically sugar such as High Fructose Corn Syrup or table sugar (half fructose/half glucose). Fructose causes insulin resistance which then trigger other things that lead to over production of skin cells and oil. Skin Cells + Oil = Acne.
So general I take 1 Multivitamin and 500 mg Taurine in the morning, and another 500 mg Taurine at night.
Also he weary of diet, certain foods causes pimples in certain people. Common trouble foods are: Pork, Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Seafood, Dairy, Soy, Nuts, Grains made from white flour. For example, any Pig-related product causes me acne.

other things that might help, eating tons of greens, drinking loads of water, exercising frequently (and washing your face clean after that), sleeping 8 hours a day preferably including the hours between 11pm - 4am.
