the title says it all.
how do your parents react on your grades.

well for me back in 6-7th grade they were used to me getting home straight a's
but now that i`m starting to get lazy i get b's
my parents reaction :
mom: why is this a b?
me: because i`m absent minded when it comes to tests.
mom : well a b is not good enough

my parents dont really care as long as i know what im doing with my life
well they care but like they gave up on A's

I get straight A's.

I react worst than my parents if I get a B.

But I've never gotten one. ahha not bragging, but I'm saying that I would go more ballistic than my parents if I did.

Parents therefore don't expect much from me.
Marks around 60/70 is good enough for them..

My parents have been satisfied with my grades. I've been maintaining a GPA of 3.8 ( which is all A's and one B ).

They know I'm in IB so they let my B average slide.

my grades have always been average and my parents didn't really care much just as long as they werent tooo bad
hmm but last year i got pretty good grades and my mum was so happy she gave me 2 bucks

Honestly? They get concerned if I get grades lower than what I normally get, but they never reach the point of lecturing me.

It's more of a "You better work harder."

I guess they realize there are more important things in life than grades?

My MUM is usually the one more concerned about my grades than my dad.

Back in Year 5 I use to always get "C" for my maths exams so I got tutored by my cousin.
Then I got a B at my final exam that year & all she said,"A B? That's it?"

God. If I showed her my last year report card, she would take away all of my fun stuff -__-
I got a D in one of my subjects =[

Hahahaa i absolutely love that videooo.. i remember i used to get really good grades in elementary school but then they started to drop down once i hit middle school haha. i had like a C one time & my mom was all trippin about it. oh jeez at least it was still a passing grade. uhhh i think i may have a D in one of my classes this quarter though. so ill have to try & hide the mail before my mom sees my report card ;x

i used to get straight a's until high school
my grades went downhill from there sigh
my parents are ok with it
always the "try your best" speech
it makes me feel bad when i get bad grades
so i try not to slack off too much
