EDIT: Well I found the previous phone so no need, but it's not great.

I'm currently changed focus to SE K850i, it seems to be the best fit to the Lg-kv5500 phone i was lookign for previously. I don't care about phone brand, se,lg, it's all good. So the question now is, would the se k850i be worth the $450? anyone have any first hand experience with it?

the SE k850i was ok phone.. my friend owned it, and he says it's so so.
never used LG, so can't help you much, but the Lg-kv5500 you showed was... well to me I don't like the design, kind of unique, but not that great =/
the only LG I like is LG prada

as for the prize, I checked with my friend, and my friend said he bought it for NZD$700, which is approximately same as AUD
so.. if you are talking in US, I don't know how much it will be..
but with $700, I think it's not worth it.

if you haven't tried samsung, then I highly suggest you do so.
but ntoe that battery really sucks, if you txt a lot, and listen to music a lot.
but if you just leave on standby mode, it can be on for days.
but seriously, you gotta try samsung if you haven't, the design is sooo good.
the popular samsung in my city is the one from AnyBand, U600,700, E840 (everyone seems to love this one.. xD), and D900.

Nokia... was my first phone, and to be honest.. I don't like it at all.
features and graphics are boring, if you compare it with samsung, Samsung will easily beat it.
but Nokia has balanced of everything, I mean, it's well balanced phone, battery not bad, features not bad, graphics are so so.
while Samsung is very very very very amusing, but battery sucks big time.
SE is okay too what my friend told me, LG too....
so it's ur choice

personally, if I had to choose between 2 phones you mentioned, I would pick the SE.

Heh thanks, I'll have to check out what samsung has to offer. I'm more leaning on the Nokia for now, but that could change.
