I don't mean like that topic posted a while back. Those were some beastly calluses. I mean as somebody who doesn't dance 8 hours a day. Only about an hour and a half 6 days a week.
The white part of my pinky toenails is taking over the entire thing. xP And on my right al the white fell off, leaving a tiny little sliver. Fourth toes have rock hard tips from pointe(only them, I don't get it) and one of them is crooked.
How do you take care of your feet and toes? I don't do anything except spray them so they don't reek.

Anybody Here Had Ballet Feet? How do you take care of them?

if you plan on continuing ballet on pointe, then you're just gonna have to watch your feet's "attractive-ness" spiral downward
you could always go to a pedicure salon, have them pretty them up, but then it'll just get ruined again.
but if you want to keep the skin soft and disinfected, soak your feet in warm water with salt for 20 min after class, and then soak them in normal warm water to rinse off the salt.
but yeah, like i said earlier, ballet feet will only get more gruesome and we can't really do anything to stop it (unless you stop dancing)
