Hi. Recently im having a breakout on my forehead. My hair covers it. It';s not TOO bad. They disappear, and new ones come. It's just there though. None on my face or cheeks or anything.

How can I solve this problem? What kinda products work? x_x

Maybe it's your hair? Sometimes fringes/bangs causes breakouts because hair produces natural oils and clogs up pores.

it happened to me once before and i also had bang ...to me it not because of my bang but might be cause of me. i kept touching it and it spread out more so i stop and used Shiseido 3 set to clear it. it took me like half of year to clear all of them

it should be because it's too oily (caused by bangs) so, make sure your skin (or your hair) don't get too oily and it should stop.

^I'm having the same problem too.
Getting breakouts only on my forehead.
But how exactly do you make sure your hair doesn't get too oily?

there's really not much of an advice i can give other than try to clip up your bangs as often as possible.

yeah I'm like that. I just clip up my bangs whenever possible,
but when I have something important, I use my bangs to hide it.

Yeah, do that when you're at home or something.
Or you could just get rid of your bangs, haha. I'm sure you don't wanna do that.
Do you play any sports ? If you do, try keeping your hair out of your face. Sweat + Bangs = Likely to break out.

its porbably your hair. i have a lot of pimples on my forehead too, its the ONLY place i get them and they happened after i cut bangs -___-. i knew that would happen...

but anyway

i use clearasil to bleach the pimples, it dries up my skin, but i prefer dry skin over discolored.
yeahhh and i wash it with neutrogena face wash.
anddd
i use neosporin and witch hazel to make scars go away

OMG.
I have the same problem!
I never had any breakouts
on my forehead ever.
But then my bangs &
of course summer.
So now I have stupid
little breakouts on my forehead.
But like you, my bangs covers it.

I think it's just HAIR.
&& maybe sweat. So
when you feel a sweat coming.
Wash your face with cold ? or hot ?

Or, try a product at a drug store ?

it really depends on your genes. like if your family has a lot of breakouts prolly that's the reason.
but as the other people said it could also be your bangs. cause when i got my bangs i started to pop a few pimple on my forehead but then i pinned then back for like a week or so and they disappeared. biggrin.gif
i asked my unnie and she said, "Your hair has oils and dirt since your outside and all that dirt and oil is hanging over you forehead so it's twice as dirty." blink.gif
i just kinda got scared scared of her coz she had one of those "looks".

put your hair up. if your skin is acne prone, especially on your forehead.. they're just going to keep reappearing.

if you don't want to go out with your bangs pinned/clipped up, then keep your hair as clean as possible. when you get back from school, wash your face and pin your bangs up so your skin isn't being covered.

I've had that issue before too. My best solution is that when you sleep you should clip your hair up. You can wear your bangs down during the day since having dirt in your pores in the day time is not that big of a problem. You get dirt in your pores with or without your bangs during the day i.e. touching yor face or etc. so every night just clip your bangs up and wash your face with a deep cleanser. I hope that helps. :]
