For the cheesyness of this it is necessary to explain the whole scenario. It was so romantic that the tiny non-romantic in me wanted to puke.

We were sitting in a car on a cold autumn night on top of a hill where you can see the whole town below. We were awkward because we had just started our relationship yet we were madly in love.
He put on the radio.
I jumped when I heard my text message beep.
It was from him:

" "I love you" doesn't even come close to describing how I feel about you"

Before I could say anything he kissed me, and that in turn erased any subsequent thought.

To this day I have no idea how he managed to send a text message without me seeing it when I was sitting next to him.

I'm home sick today, and was completely miserable this morning. Then I got this text from a friend of mine (I didn't even tell him, apparently he had been asking around where I was this morning and another friend told him), who has been swearing that he'd write me a note of love

My ex boyfriend and I still chat a lot, even though I'm on the other side of the country right now for school. It was his birthday recently and I left him a bunch of facebook comments and videos and sang for him (I don't sing, so it was more of a joke). This past term I've been getting to know this guy in a sociology class and we work in a group together. Back in Oct he was out sick for a few class times and I kept him updated with the upcoming midterm and any notes he missed. In my mind I didn't really do much but he texted me and said how I made him forget a lot of his problems and he was so thankful for that I had no idea and thank you so much and how I was "wonderful." I'd never been called that (wonderful) before by anyone. I could feel my face turn ten shades of red.
