hey everybody. valentines day is coming up next month, and i dont know if a similar thread is up but here i go anyway . i wanna know what you guys plan to give and/or do for your special love, friends or family . anything from hand made gifts to special dates. whats your thoughts and plans? gift ideas to share?

im pretty crazy about valentines days i dont know why but i think its more fun than christmas. valentines day to me is preparing things with all my thoughts and love while christmas is like "omg what am i gonna get this person?"

this year ive already finished one project for my bf ** and its a jar of mini origami stars! i wrote down some of my wishes for him and i onto the strips of paper and folded the into stars. i also tricked my bf into writting some of his wishes for him and i onto the strips and saved them to fold while he wasn't around. lol. now it is complete!

here it is!: i call it our dream jar.


i thinking about making a hand made card (time to take out the glue, scissors and construction paper! lol), as well as mini heart cakes wrapped in clear plastic tied with a ribbon (dunno if you can imagine that).


(i might need a miracle to make it look this good T-T)

for my friends, im still thinking but i have it nailed down to having mini jars and filling them with goodies with a little card attached as well as a ribbon around .

Last Valentines I think I bought a picture frame and found one of our old pictures and painted that picture and put it in the frame. We're both very artsy fartsy so it was a good idea. This time I was thinking of making him some special white chocolate (Cause we both don't really like chocolate). Also i'm making a jar for him and filled with stars kinda like yours, but bigger cause i'm also getting little small cork bottles and putting in some events that happened that are very memorable to us and some of our dreams.
