No they're not legal because technically you don't pay for the ringtones. However I find wasting 2.50+ on 1 ringtone that only lasts 30-90 days ridiculous when I could upload my own. It also depends on if you actually bought the song and cut it and uploaded it, then I would assume it to be legal. Eh, I only use myxertones when I want to have an asian song as my ringtone anyways, which is like impossible to buy from at American carriers or from a ringtone service.
