the game is part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy XIII serie...much like FFVII had several spinoffs spannning all different platforms.
FFXIII is going to be the flagship game, the one with the girl named Lightening, while Versus will follow another character in the same universe...its unknown if their adventure will interwine somehow...another game part of the serie is Agito, which is for mobile phones.

really? i thought VS13 was a different universe but the story with 13 is somehow linked. Storm and his buddies look great. reminds me of Turks.
