My stomach has a mind of its own. dry.gif It is so loud whenever it grumbles. And it's so embarassing especially during class. It's even like that after I finish eating. What are some ways to stop my stomach grumblings or make them not as loud?

mines it like that too, and my grandma's is like that too. I think
she went to the dr. and got some pill, so the best way is to go to the dr.'s
I'm going to get some too. and don't be embarssed if it grumbles in class,
mines grumble in class really loud
one more chance ...

mine too! it used to not even when i'm hungry but ever since i finished my diet last year it's gotten a lot louder, even when i'm not hungry. it's really embarrasing so now i eat breakfast even when i'm not hungry so that it won't growl during class.

XD Mine grumbles when I'm in yoga and it's awfully quiet when we're meditating too. Embarrassing neh~ Sometimes it doesn't growl and sometimes it does. I think it growls depending on what I eat and if I'm eating right. Then again sometimes it growls when I'm not hungry. >w<

Hha,
I usually press against it
Like.
Scrunch up like a shrimp.
I'm pretty sure that's bad.
xD
But yeah.
It shuts it up for awhile(x

Happens all the time in class, especially when I am in big lecture halls and everyone is sitting right next to people. So embarrassing but I usually just chuckle and make a comment telling people, "Oh, think I'm hungry." biggrin.gif

My stomach growls in an abnormally loud way lol, I know what you mean.

I used to drink like so much water to stop it, but then I just had to pee in the middle of class which is bad
so now I just bring so fruit to eat when it starts doing that. it's not fattening at all, so do that

keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water.
snack on healthy foods like fruits/veggies to avoid your stomach from grumbling.
