I think you should get the tiburion or something like that. It looks more sportier. And younger. And since you are young it look good. Trust me. Hehehe.

The tiburon looks better but it is only a 2 door. If you want 4 doors and sporty, you should consider the elantra gt also. The mpg on the elantra is a lot better: 28/36 vs tiburon's 20/28. Also at your budget limit (less than 15000) why not pick up a new elantra or accent? They are below 15000. Something to consider. There's nothing like the feeling of a new car imo. You feel like it's yours

elentra or 4cyl tibby if you don't care about cargo/passenger room. i just hope you plan on keeping the car for a very long time since you end up paying a lot from it's crappy resale value in return for the good bang-for-buck factor. you might want to even consider a low mileage used kia or hyundai if you want to benefit from someone else's depreciation and still want a generous warranty.

Yuna... I would rather suggest another Hyundai, the Sonata. The 2006 they remodeled the Sonata and it is much better looking and comfortable. Best of all, you can afford it if your price ceiling is $15k. Good thing Hyundais still have poor resale value, the price is great.

I think this car is a steal. My friend has one and its been nothing but superb so far. I've been on a long drive with my buddy and driven it myself and it is very comfortable. Here is a link to one on craigslist as an example in your area:

Craigslist Los Angeles

The example is for a V6 fully loaded, but for practicality try to find one that is a 4 cylinder. The 160ish HP should be more than sufficient for everyday driving.

the accent is a pretty good car to start out with... the tibby might be a little to hard to handle since it's a sports car. i drove an accent for a couple days and it was the most horrible thing ever!! =]

if anything i would recommend getting a honda civic. they tend to be more reliable than hyundai, but hyundai is good if you specifically want a korean car.

Don't know anything about Hyundai's tongue.gif. Just thought I'd make sure people saw that she's a new driver.

used rsx? chances are it's been beat on in its life.

e46 325i? if you live in CA, there's a good chance it's got over 100,000 miles.

I second the tiburon/sonata, leaning toward the latter. Can't go wrong with either one.

Brand new sonata for under 15k:

If you want rims/better sound system (or whatever comes with the SE, you'll have to look into 1-2 years used)
