it's not really a diet. it's like a workout mixed with different types of workout like pilates, taebo, yoga etc...and it combines it with a diet. it builds your muscles and makes you lose weight in 90 days. It suppose to be a hardcore workout with the toughest techniques

since i was a couch potato before, i struggled like hell through the first couple days. after doing day 2, plyometrics, i couldn't walk straight for a couple days. but after i did it again, i was fine, barely sore.

so technically it's 91 days, but w/e
in terms of equipment expenses, it's pretty expensive if you think about it. yoga mat, is like 15 bux, doorway pull up bar is 35 bux, free weights are like... expensive. i only have a set of 10's and i need some heavier, but they're like 15 bux a piece. so, if you get sets of 10's, 15's, and 20's, that's... 90 bux. thinking of buying resistance bands, much more versatile, but the drawback is that you're not sure exactly how much resistance you're getting
