I wasn't a big fan when they first came out but I got totally converted after going to one of their concerts.
And Taylor is HOT
I like most of their songs....
They have released their fourth album in 2007... it's really good..

I used to be a huge fan of them when I was still young, but I stopped listening to American boybands' music XD Whoa, I had no clue that they're still releasing albums.
I wouldn't call them "boyband", since that infers that they were on the same level as Nsync, BSB, Westlife, etc. They actually played their own music and wrote their own songs. They're currently being hailed as one of the saviors of actual indie and rock music. They also have been doing tons of work promoting causes in Africa and doing oodles of fundraising. Basically...they're awesome. ^____^

I used to LOVE and OBSESS over them when they first came out...then I just sort of stopped listening to them a little after Underneath came out. But every now and then, when they're songs are on, I'll sing and dance to them.
Zac Hanson still has a place in my heart though <3

OH. MY. GAH. I just found the full studio version of "Bridges of Stone"...I can't believe that I never searched for it. I'd had the demo for an ETERNITY--like, pre-This Time Around. Which would make it about...8 years old? Damn.
Anyway, I was completely spazzing out. My boyfriend couldn't understand. "Dean...I have wanted the full version of this song for almost a decade. A DECADE! Do you know how many times I've listened to that fuzzy demo and could have cried with frustration?!?!?!"
Basically, I'm floored. Love, love, love it. This is the reason why they will always be my favorite band.
Anyway, to spark some conversations, what's your favorite album and why?
For me, Middle of Nowhere = happy, sun-drenched youth.
This Time Around = learning mistakes, sophomoric bravery
Underneath = grappling with depression
The Walk = less focused in terms of one emotion, but a far happier than Underneath.
I'd have to say that This Time Around is my favorite overall, although I do adore a lot on Underneath and The Walk. But TTA packed so much meaning for me when it was released. "A Song to Sing" and "This Time Around" are so lyrically sound.

I used to be their biggest fan! The 1st time I heard Mmmbop I immediately became obessed with them. I remember people thinking they were girls and whatnot....
And at my school I was the only person I knew who liked them.....
Zac was my favorite!!
I still have their Middle of Nowhere album, along with 3 Car Garage and Snowed In. It's been so long since I've listened to them though, or any of their newer stuff. Oh the memories! I think it's great they're still making music, have gotten married and are starting families of their own!
(Ask me that 10 years ago, when I had sworn I would become Zac's future wife... lol)
