The pregnant thing is kinda cliche. I agree with gerryg and iluvfany86. When she isnt' pregnant, it wouldn't seem like Harit's burden to beg her to forgive him; he only did that out of love only. Also, it's good to see how romantic when they make their own baby.
The last scene is like dropping us a hint. LOL

I love the hospital scene where So checked out to see if she was pregnant or not. Harit was yelling loudly and a crowd of people were listening to them when he said he will be responsible if she's pregnant. LOL.

Where did you saw epi.18+?? ...I surely confirm that there are only 14 epi....It was aired until epi.13..
I hope they extend too...but It's impossible...
It'll end on 18th..I mean this lakorn will over on next monday....sad...I'll miss this couple...
