So I didn't know where to put this thread, I just have some questions..
And the only reason I have questions is because this is my first ticket...
I just got pulled over for left turning out of the Pasadena City College's parking structure, and now I guess it's prohibited to left turn out of there.
Basically, it's a traffic infraction, I plan to pay the ticket, and go to traffic school.
This is in California too by the way, just in case someone doesn't know where Pasadena is.
Problem is, how long do I have to wait for the ticket (fines) to show up either in the mail, or online?
And if the officer didn't ask for my insurance (even though I had it...), and didn't write anything down on the "Evidence of Financial Responsibility" does that mean I didn't have proof of insurance?

it takes 2-3 weeks for the ticket.
About the insurance part when the ticket comes it will state the violations. If it doesnt say anything about the insurance no worries

the evidence of financial responsibility thing is only if there was a car crash. so there was no real reason to look at your insurance.

SO I got the papers in the mail today.
If I choose to pay everything online, will I still have to go to the court?
I'm going to take traffic school, so I'm looking at this option:
* Traffic School Payment - The amount due is $198.00 plus a e-Public Access service fee* of $10.00 will be added to this amount. The traffic school due date will be 04/18/2008.
Will this be the correct one?
The other options are:
* Appearance Date Extension - The extension date will be 06/02/2008.
* Trial by Declaration Payment - The amount due is $159.00. The extension date will be 03/17/2008.
* Full Payment - The amount due is $159.00 plus a e-Public Access service fee* of $10.00 will be added to this amount.
* Court Date Reservation - Select a time preference below.
- AM - PM - Night Court - No Preference
** This is in California btw.
