OKOKOK. For a while I've managed to survive, but no longer. No longer can I take this clubbox tourture. >.>

Clubbox used to run smoothly for me, but ever since my computer crash, and this new computer, no longer.

I honestly have to keep double clicking my clubbox.exe just to get it to work sometimes, and it only allows me to download files from one page, I cant add on files to download priority like I used to.
Though clubbox has been installed, often I get a big pop up box saying I haven't gotten it installaled, then followed by a download box that never actually download it. >.>

My newest problem is this;



this happens after I click download



then the not-so-downloading-box I'm so familiar with pops up, this time not with Clubbox box but this opther application Ive found in my system folder. It does no use no matter how many times I try and run it.



It now wont let me download whatsoEVER.

I really depend on clubbox. Im hurting. Please help~ T______T

that's the exact same problem i have too
the fscagent thing never goes away...
i just get the 104 error..

yah its absolutley ridiculous, now I cant download of clubbox at all.

I even went through firewall for clubbox and its still doesnt work out. I'm so stuck!

Hello ;D I run on Vista too, and USED to have this problem about 2-3 weeks ago. Miraculously I'm suddenly able to download as per normal again, and I have no idea what happened. I wish I could help you, but god, I really don't think I can. Sorry for the useless post, just wanted to let you know that this problem can be solved (somehow). Anyone here could help?

Firewalls? Window firewall and maybe programs like norton?
Lots of antiviruses have anti-worm/spyware protection giving lots of problems too.

UAC disabled (user access control) stupid popup thing DO YOU REALLLLY WANT TO DELETE THIS FILE?!!!

Right click, run as administrator?

I had no problems on the virtual machine and I don't really want to try installing it to my laptop but if its still blah I guess I can try.

ooh, I had that problem before too. :/ But you know, clubbox is so unpredictable on vista. lol. It just suddenly worked fine for me. I uninstalled it, like completely and didn't bother to tweak the settings again~ LOL. Then after a week or two, I tried re-installing it again and it miraculously worked!

And yeah, Vista's 'Allow' and 'Cancel' thingy is getting me annoyed at times. ''

Im hoping everyone here knows that there is a clubbox tutorial and troubleshooting thread primarily for this reason

anyway i'll start from the top

The issue with the clubbox manager not updating is usually due to a corrupt fscagent.exe or clubbox.exe or both.

so far the one solution that seems to work for most people back in the tutorial thread is to..

1)uninstall
2)restart
3)reinstall using the manual link

that seems to work for both vista and xp, and its just a matter of constantly trying until it does work.

you haven't actually subscribed to the box itself, so you don't have the necessary permissions to download from the box.

the tutorial thread also includes instructions on how to join a box

Is it true that they are going to close clubbox down for good? I heard some talk over at cashewmania wordpress it closing down.

Say ain't so! Plus I need to see some source of information.
