But I use Giovanni & Aubrey Organics
if you're doing anything to your hair (coloring it, styling it w/ heat, frying it, braiding/ tying it up a ponytail tightly, extensions, always wearing a hat/wig, etc, lol you get the idea) you might want to stop for a bit and give your scalp time to breath and relax. You can also just wash your hair w/ conditioner if you feel shampoo is too harsh.
As for hair growth, leaving your hair alone, trimming split ends, & eating right. You could add silica as a supplement, massage your scalp w/ jojoba oil, B vitamins, etc. But a well-balanced diet w/ foods rich in the vitamins you need will do the trick too.

i just grad from my hairstyling course. My instrutor told us condition is to use on ur hair not scalp. If conditioner touches ur scalp u will have more serious oily scalp thus causes more hair falling. So it's not advisable to use conditioner to wash ur hair. Washing hair with mild shampoo is to wash away the dirt and oil from the scalp. Trying using hair tonic to stop ur hair from falling. I'm really AMAZED how and where u got the info using conditioner washing ur hair :X oh yes massage ur scalp, stimulate and encourage hair growth.

My dermatologist actually, a while ago.
different brands of hair products take that into consideration. which is why you should always read the label of the products you're using & check what's inside. It all makes a difference. For ppl w/ dry hair like myself, the routine works out fine ~

Yup. For some reason your hair falls out easier when its long. People have told me to get a haircut every 3 months to get rid of split ends and stuf and it's better for your hair.

2) how often do you wash your hair? once everyday is too much.
3) how do you wash your hair? you're not supposed to scratch your scalp with your nails, rather gently scrub with the tip of your fingers
4) could also be the shampoo you're using, unnecessary playing with your hair (ie. dying, perming, etc.)

my friend had a problem like that. used aloe shampoo or something. worked for her.
for me i think soap and water is the way to go since rarely hair falls out now
also remove buildup (which can cause hair to fall out) with apple cider vinegar
